Policies

Class Sign-Up

It is required that all students register on line for each class that you wish to attend.  This will guarantee that there is a space reserved for you.  We understand that things come up and you may need to cancel out of class.  You may do so up to 2 hours prior to the start of class without penalty.

Late Arrivals

To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment of class, please arrive a few minutes prior to the start of class.  A proper warm up is essential to safely participate in class.  It is also distracting to the instructors and other students when you arrive late.  If you are more than 10 minutes late you will forfeit your spot in class.  

Cancellation

All members are required to have a credit card on file so that we may charge the appropriate fees for no shows and late cancelation. Membership holders will be charged $7 per occurrence for late cancels (within 2 hours of the start time of class) or for no shows. Class Pass holders and Drop-Ins will forfeit that session.  It will not be credited back to your package.

Elevation Fitness retains the right to cancel class should enrollment consist of  2 students or less 4 hours prior to the scheduled start of class.  Class may also be cancelled if enrollment consists of 1 student 2 hours prior to the scheduled start of class.  

Miscellaneous

Elevation Fitness is equipped with 8 X-Poles.  Flow and lower leveled classes will fill to one student per pole.  Higher leveled classes may fill to 10  students per class.  All classes have a 2 person waitlist.  If someone cancels out of class, the first person on the waitlist will automatically be added to class.  To ensure that each student receives ample time from the instructor, these limits will be strictly enforced.

Class Etiquette

Please arrive a few minutes early and wait in the lobby if another class is still in session. Wear comfortable workout attire, and for pole classes, opt for shorts and a tank top or sports bra for better grip. Avoid lotions, oils, and perfumes, as they can affect the poles, and remove any jewelry to prevent damage and safety issues. After class, clean your mat and pole with the provided towels and cleaner. Feel free to document your progress with photos and videos, but be considerate of others in class. Stick to the skills being taught to ensure a fair experience for everyone; for additional practice, consider scheduling a private session or renting the studio.
